Sanitairkamer Creating Dream Bathrooms with Odoo

Sanitairkamer, a Harderwijk‑based specialist in bathrooms and tiles with three physical stores, a 2,500 m² central warehouse and a Magento webshop, grew rapidly and outgrew manual processes built on Excel. To maintain its high level of service and support nationwide growth, the company needed a single system to unify e‑commerce and in‑store operations and to automate order processing, warehousing, purchasing, finance and customer service.

Working with partner B‑informed, Sanitairkamer implemented Odoo beginning in 2017—rolling out Sales and Accounting first and later adding Purchases, Inventory, Manufacturing and Helpdesk—integrating Magento orders and automating warehouse and order‑to‑shipment flows. Despite implementation challenges, the customizable platform now connects all business units, speeds up processes, is used daily by the team, and forms a core foundation for continued growth and further automation.
