Optimized Radiochemical Applications (ORA) is a Belgium-based medical devices company and world leader in automated synthesizers for radiopharmaceuticals. As the 12-employee firm grew, it relied on a mix of standalone stock software and Excel spreadsheets, which prevented easy cross-department access, hindered collaboration and mobile access for traveling staff, and could not support ORA’s specific international workflows.
ORA migrated to Odoo Online with help from Odoo consultants, implementing CRM, Sales, Inventory, Purchase and Invoicing (with Manufacturing planned). Customizations enabled multi-currency inventory handling and automatic proforma invoices for customs; the transition took about four months plus a few months for tailored development. The result is a centralized customer repository, streamlined sales and purchase workflows, improved efficiency and mobile access, and strong user satisfaction with plans to expand Odoo further.
