Inforum, a family-run French software editor founded in 1992 and creator of the GestiClean dry-cleaning management system, had grown from serving small shops to large franchises and needed a more integrated way to manage customers, sales, traffic and financial data. Before Odoo they were juggling many disconnected tools, which left the sales team unable to track activities or customize their sales funnel and deprived management of daily KPIs like turnover, margins and average basket size.
In summer 2016 Inforum implemented Odoo (CRM, Sales, Website, eCommerce, Subscription, Email Marketing, Survey, Helpdesk, Fleet, Accounting, Inventory and more) to centralize operations. The result: unified data and clear KPIs, automated subscription sales and payments via the website, better lead conversion and targeted marketing, streamlined support and fleet management, and an ongoing feedback loop from customers — freeing the team to focus on product development and expansion into wider European markets.
