Chez Félix is a cozy, upscale wine bar in Brussels (opened 2014) offering a curated selection of over 70 wines, tastings and special events. They struggled to track stock levels across many SKUs, generate accurate end-of-day sales reports, and manage hectic table service with dozens of open orders.

They implemented Odoo POS (three floor plans, iPad ordering and POSBox), Odoo Inventory using a BoM workaround (1 bottle = 6 glasses), and Odoo CMS for their website.
