Nordika, founded in 2001 in Jalisco, Mexico, is the only Scandinavian Design Center in Latin America, offering more than 70 Danish brands and thousands of premium home-furnishing products. Rapid expansion (over 60% year-over-year at times) created administrative bottlenecks: sales, inventory and purchasing were managed manually across multiple locations, and the company needed a stronger, integrated in‑store and online sales presence to scale efficiently.
Nordika implemented Odoo Online (Sales, Inventory, eCommerce, Purchase, Mass Mailing, Accounting) to automate order-to-invoice workflows, real-time inventory adjustments, automatic purchasing, landed-cost valuation and accounting reconciliation. The fully integrated solution streamlined processes, reduced routine manual work, improved control between physical stores and the website, enhanced customer experience and enabled continued growth with lower operating costs.
