MS Standard is a small Egyptian cookware manufacturer with over 25 years in manufacturing and a decade in the cookware market. With 12 users on a SaaS setup, the company struggled because QuickBooks couldn’t automatically capture manufacturing costs or apply accurate costing methods, forcing manual inputs and obscuring true product costs.

MS Standard implemented Odoo (Manufacturing, Maintenance, Quality, Inventory, Accounting, Sales and Purchase) to integrate operations end-to-end. Odoo’s BoM cost calculations and adoption of FIFO costing automated manufacturing costs, improved bookkeeping visibility, simplified workflow management, and gave leadership clearer financials for better planning and decision-making.
