MICZONE Group is a Vietnamese e‑commerce and logistics ecosystem made up of multiple member companies (including Fado, GiaoNhan247, Proship and others) that aims to connect consumers with competitively priced goods worldwide. Facing rapid growth across eight legal entities, MICZONE needed a centralized finance platform to manage expenses, enforce budget control, handle intercompany transactions, consolidate accounts, and comply with Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS).

BESCO Consulting implemented Odoo as the central finance management system, deploying Expense, Budget Control, Inter Company & Consolidation, and VAS‑localized Accounting modules. The rollout standardized and automated intercompany processes, improved budget visibility and control, enabled timely consolidated financial reporting across entities, and established a scalable foundation to onboard more companies while ensuring local compliance.
