Leirirede Group - Customer Case Study

Leirirede Group is a Portugal-based multi-company business (office supplies and manufacturing of doors, gates, aluminium frames, kitchens and wardrobes) founded in 2005. With ~40–50 employees, the group struggled with a bureaucratic, fragmented IT landscape—multiple systems for accounting, invoicing and management—causing duplicated data, slow and error-prone sales processes and poor order follow-up.

Working with implementation partner Arxi, Leirirede deployed an on‑premise Odoo suite (CRM, Sales, Inventory, Manufacturing, Purchase, Invoicing, Accounting, Leaves and Attendance) to centralize processes. The result was faster, more transparent sales and production workflows, improved supplier and customer communication, fewer complaints, better HR tracking and actionable operational reports—leading to increased sales volumes and positive user feedback on usability and efficiency.
