BESCO implemented Odoo to cover Operations (Sales, Purchase, Inventory), a Finance solution tailored to a holding model (holding entity plus three subsidiaries) addressing VAS compliance, budget control and consolidation, and an HR module for both internal and outsourced employees. The implementation centralized and streamlined operations, strengthened compliance and budget oversight, simplified financial consolidation, and upgraded HR service delivery to support L&A’s ongoing growth.
