Inproma Improves Clients' Morale with an Integrated ERP

Inproma is a San Carlos-based boutique provider of employee engagement programs and branded products that helps companies incentivize, recognize, and reward their workforce. With just five employees, founder Regina Munroe built the business from custom embroidery into large-scale incentive programs, but day-to-day operations were bogged down by fragmented systems (QuickBooks, a separate CRM, a custom Access dashboard and an isolated webstore), duplicate data entry and limited visibility into orders and production.

Inproma implemented Odoo’s modular ERP—deploying Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Manufacturing, CRM and Website apps—to unify workflows and eliminate manual duplication. The result: clearer production and order visibility, elimination of the Access dashboard, time and cost savings (including operating with one fewer employee), faster onboarding of new staff, and a scalable platform that lets the company grow and add modules as needed.
