How Sodexo Grew Their Revenues by 10%

Sodexo, a global provider of corporate services and incentive solutions best known for meal vouchers and workplace catering, faced inefficiencies in its Vending Division that relied on legacy systems and spreadsheets. Idealis Consulting, an Odoo partner, ran a project to replace these fragmented processes with a single, integrated solution.

They implemented Odoo modules for profit centers, contracts, product, purchasing, stock and invoicing, integrating Odoo with Clymene to synchronize vending meters and transactions. The centralized platform recovered about 10% of previously lost revenue, improved cash handling, invoicing and operational visibility, and led Sodexo to consider moving additional units from SAP to Odoo.
