How Odoo helped telecom operator Neotel be more efficient

Neotel D.O.O. is a Macedonian telecommunications operator founded in 2004 that provides broadband internet, telephony, leased lines, hosting and colocation to business and residential customers via WiMAX and its own gigabit optical network. Before Odoo, Neotel used separate systems for customer registration and for invoices/payments, leaving no real-time view of customer balances and forcing analysts to use Excel and external tools; they needed MySQL integration and synchronized data across customers, services, billing and payments.

NeoData implemented Odoo modules including CRM, Sales, MRP plus custom Payments and Services modules to centralize data and workflows. The consolidated system eliminated duplicate work, saved many hours, improved customer-facing efficiency, gave the sales team richer customer insights and faster access to information, and enabled better analysis and identification of target groups for new offers.
