Clair-Office is a family-run facility services company (cleaning) founded in 1973 in Frameries, Belgium and part of the ACES Group. The group needed an integrated, flexible system to support three companies and varied user roles (cleaners, managers, logisticians), facing problems with multi-encoding, poor inter-company communication, sharing CRM data across entities, and capturing tasks performed off-site.

BHC implemented a tailored Odoo multi-company solution—including CRM, planning, Google Maps, sales, purchases, warehouse, invoicing and a mobile app—customized to each user role. The shared CRM enabled cross-selling and eliminated duplicate data entry, while the mobile app lets staff log work on-site so Clair-Office can invoice directly and more accurately, resulting in better collaboration, operational efficiency, and a powerful management tool for the group.
