How Odoo Customization Enabled Energie+ to Tailor to their Sector Specific Needs

Energie+ is a Belgian solar and plumbing firm founded in 2016 in Gierle that has grown to 12 employees and handles diverse projects from solar panel installs to heat pumps and rainwater recovery. Rapid growth was being slowed by heavy administrative overhead spread across multiple systems (Cafca, Excel and separate time/CRM tools), which made lead follow‑up, project tracking and a clear business overview difficult.

Working with Ocodemy and Odoo (on‑premise), Energie+ implemented CRM, Sales, Projects, Social Marketing, Timesheets and a custom Solar ROI calculator to meet sector‑specific needs. The integrated, customizable platform enabled online quotes and e‑signatures, automated social posts, unified project/time tracking and faster lead conversion—resulting in cleaner data, reduced admin time and quicker customer response—and the company plans to add Accounting, Purchase, Planning, Field Services and a new website next.
