How LCT implemented Odoo in Togo

TIL Group, a major maritime terminal operator, needed a flexible system for its Lomé Container Terminal (LCT) in Togo to manage fast-moving billing, finance, and HR processes while the terminal was still being built and then rapidly scaled. Odoo was brought in to implement a solution that could support supplier payments, customer invoicing, and staff management across a high-volume container terminal.

Odoo delivered a customized finance and HR setup, including a real-time interface with the Terminal Operating System so container moves were billed within seconds. The result was faster customer collections, fewer financial disputes, compliant reporting in both Syscohada and IFRS, and integrated HR processes that helped ensure employees were paid on time and managed in one system.
