How ENA saved hundreds of thousands of euros thanks to Odoo

The National School of Administration (ENA) needed to modernize everyday operations—payments, registrations, lesson management and office paperwork—without forcing a reorganization. CIO Didier Georgieff opted for an open source ERP that could be adapted to the school’s existing strategy and workflows rather than imposing a new system.

Working with an integrator, ENA modeled its complete operations in Odoo (lessons integration, registration, payments, and Open Document office files) and rapidly delivered working mockups to users. The open source approach delivered greater agility, continuous evolution and much lower costs, avoiding proprietary licensing fees and saving the school hundreds of thousands of euros.
