Case Study: Choux de Bruxelles centralizes operations and boosts productivity with Odoo

A Odoo Case Study

Preview of the Choux de Bruxelles Case Study

How a Digital Transformation Enabled Choux de Bruxelles to Focus on its Core Business

Choux de Bruxelles is a Belgian high-end catering and events group with decades of experience providing food and venue services for prestigious clients. As the company grew, information became scattered across Excel, Word, Gmail and Google Drive, causing manual work, poor interdepartmental visibility, double bookings and slow quote turnaround. After evaluating 24 providers, they selected Odoo to centralize data and streamline commercial and operational processes.

Using Odoo Online (CRM, Website & eCommerce, Sales, Accounting and Marketing) for about 30 users, the team cleaned and imported customer data, deployed sales pipelines, a shared calendar, multilingual quotations and season-aware product lists. The result was faster, collaborative quoting, better kitchen forecasting and inventory control, fewer scheduling errors, reduced printing and improved reporting — and the company has continued to expand functionality, including invoicing from quotes after migrating to Odoo v11.
