Hölzl Gravurtec Integrates their Production Process and Sales Workflow with Odoo

Hölzl Gravurtec is a family-run Austrian laser engraving company with over 100 years of history and 10 employees (5 active Odoo users). Faced with a temporary system that couldn’t scale, they needed a cost-effective ERP to integrate sales workflows and production processes and to handle invoicing and payment follow-up efficiently.

Implemented by Odoo partner IFE (go-live in an 8-week rollout with 32 hours of consultant support), Hölzl deployed CRM, Purchase, Manufacturing, Sales, Inventory and Accounting. The result: automated reordering and supplier management, real-time production order and machine monitoring, personalized sales orders that avoid mix-ups, and streamlined bank-statement import and invoice reconciliation (including partial/overpayments), plus a custom post-production cost module to ensure production costs don’t exceed sales prices.
