ComCo Systems, founded in 1968 and based in Lake Dallas, Texas, designs, manufactures and services security, material-transport and related equipment for banking, pharmacy and retail customers (including Wal*Mart, CVS and Wells Fargo). The company was operating four disconnected systems—for finance, shop floor/inventory, service management and project tracking—resulting in duplicate data entry, poor coordination, limited management visibility, manual Excel reporting and no CRM or sales-tracking capability.

ComCo adopted Odoo with implementation support from VCloud9 in a three-phase rollout (Finance & CRM; Service & Projects; Manufacturing Operations) completed over seven months. The integrated solution closed the sales-visibility gap early, eliminated duplicate processes, unified customer, contract and operational data, and improved coordination, reporting and overall operational efficiency.
