BIG is a Belgian non-profit (44 employees) that specializes in hazardous substances management, emergency response and safety advice for industry and public services. Their HR and project data were scattered across 3–5 systems—timesheets weren’t linked to schedules and leaves were tracked in Excel—creating duplicate entries, errors and inefficient team planning.

DynApps implemented Odoo (Projects, Timesheet, Employees, Leaves) and integrated Outlook, centralizing leave requests, approvals, schedules and project hours. The result: standardized project templates, consolidated timesheet and personnel data, fewer entry errors, higher data quality and simpler team scheduling, with information now easily shareable with government partners.
