Ariika is an Egyptian manufacturer of bean bags and comfort furniture founded in 2010 by three university students that grew into a leading local brand valued at $3M by 2016, selling B2C and B2B and exporting to the US and GCC. When the 2016 Egyptian currency devaluation cut the company’s value in half, Ariika needed to diversify revenue across currencies and markets, but their existing WooCommerce + QuickBooks setup couldn’t handle multi‑company operations, inventory, purchasing or reordering at scale.

Working with ACME Group, Ariika implemented Odoo Enterprise in a phased rollout (CRM, MRP, Inventory, Accounting, Purchase, eCommerce, HR and more), built a multi‑company environment and automated order-to-manufacture-to-delivery workflows while starting with out-of-the-box features and adding targeted customizations. The result was streamlined operations, real‑time financial and sales insights (including discovering a high‑sales area that produced a store with 3× ROI), improved inventory and purchasing automation, easier expansion into GCC markets and more time for management to focus on growth.
