Ascot Sudan, the Khartoum-based reseller and service partner for Ascot International across the Middle East and Africa, provides sales, installation, training and after-sales support for generators and hybrid power solutions. Rapid growth—especially in the telecoms market—and the need to manage multiple entities and currencies made their operations hard to run without a simple, unified ERP; existing complex systems were time-consuming and inefficient.

AppNess Technology implemented Odoo (Accounting, CRM, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Maintenance/Repair and Website), largely using out-of-the-box modules with a custom Repair tweak, and enabled multi-company and multi-currency functionality. The result was a much more organized daily operation, simplified invoicing and cross-entity management, and renewed capacity to focus on growth and opening new branches—delivering a successful collaboration between Ascot Sudan, Odoo and AppNess.
