Amnesty International Italy, part of Amnesty International, needed a more modern system to support its rapid growth, complex fundraising operations, and donor-centric workflows. Its outdated setup could no longer handle automation, data integration, or coordinated processes across teams, so it turned to Odoo with the Metadonors Srl solution Donodoo.

Odoo helped implement Donodoo with custom fundraising, membership, subscriptions, and Face2Face apps, plus CRM, Accounting, Project, and Dashboard, giving the organization a single platform for shared donor data and streamlined workflows. The result was stronger fundraising performance, including a 17.6% increase in individual giving, an 8% rise in donors, and a 15% increase in reactivated lapsed donors, driven by better segmentation, data quality, and faster processes.
