Coast Capital, a member-owned financial cooperative in Surrey, BC, needed to strengthen protection of its Salesforce data while meeting strict Canadian financial data retention and compliance rules. To reinforce Salesforce’s out-of-the-box protections and ensure rapid recovery from breaches or corruption, Coast Capital selected Odaseva to be part of its disaster recovery and data compliance strategy.

Odaseva implemented its Enterprise Data Protection Platform—including Enterprise Backup and Restore and Advanced Analytics—running backups hourly, every 4 hours, daily and weekly. Odaseva backs up 62 GB across 2,700 objects and 135 GB of files, protecting 3.5 billion records while using only 0.05% of BULK API and 0.3% of REST API capacity, enabling Coast Capital to rapidly recover Salesforce data and strengthen its disaster recovery posture.
