Novibet went from 24-hour to 5-minute deployments with Octopus

Novibet, a 900+ employee GameTech company with ~200 developers, needed to move from manual pipelines to CI/CD to automate deployments, increase team efficiency, and meet strict auditing and compliance requirements. After evaluating options, they adopted the Octopus Deploy continuous delivery platform to standardize processes, integrate with their existing toolchain (GitHub, GitHub Actions, TeamCity, Azure/AKS), and satisfy audit needs.

Using Octopus Deploy, Novibet automated deployments, implemented runbooks and infrastructure-as-code, and leveraged the Octopus API, audit logs and variable management to create self-service pipelines and reusable templates. The change cut deployments from up to 24 hours to around 5 minutes, enabled twice-weekly releases, allowed 8 teams to push over 30 releases simultaneously, improved auditing/reporting, and empowered 200 developers to deploy independently.
