Geta maintains consistency while modernizing its pipeline with Octopus

Geta, a full-service e-commerce agency, faced growing complexity as it scaled multiple projects and needed standardized, secure CI/CD processes. After running a proof of concept, Geta selected Octopus Deploy as its CD platform to replace ad-hoc TeamCity deployments and support a move from IIS to Azure and Kubernetes while meeting security, automation, and modernization requirements.

Octopus Deploy provided environments, Tenants, runbooks, variable sets and secrets management to standardize and automate deployments across many customers and partners, integrate with TeamCity and GitHub, and support Azure, Kubernetes and AWS targets. The result: more consistent, repeatable releases with reduced manual troubleshooting, automated nightly maintenance (database backups) via runbooks, improved security and auditing, and faster scaling of Geta’s complex deployments.
