Derivco, a global iGaming technology and software development company with over 2,000 experts, faced complex, inconsistent manual deployments across multiple teams and regions and needed to improve deployment frequency while meeting strict regional regulatory requirements. To solve this, Derivco adopted Octopus Deploy’s deployment automation platform (Octopus), seeking a single, auditable way to standardize and speed up releases.

Using Octopus Deploy since 2014, Derivco automated pipelines with the Octopus API, variable management, step templates and runbooks, integrating with other tools and regional instances to maintain compliance. The result: over 75,000 deployments per month to 22,000 targets (about 2,000 production deployments per day), typical deployments of five minutes (largest two hours), consistent processes across teams, reduced risk and dramatically increased deployment velocity.
