Intertek's lean QA team uses ETQ Reliance to centralize and harmonize quality management processes

Intertek’s pharmaceutical and chemical division, supported by a lean three-person QA team, needed a better way to manage quality across its Whitehouse, NJ and Allentown, PA sites. Its old mix of paper, spreadsheets, and aging systems made processes slow, risky, and hard to connect, so it turned to Octave Reliance’s ETQ Reliance QMS to centralize and standardize quality management.

Octave Reliance implemented a single integrated solution for document control, training, CAPA, risk, and nonconformance handling, reducing manual work and improving visibility. Today, more than 85 users across two sites use the system, letting Intertek spend less time chasing paper and more time on audits and validation, while one person can monitor quality metrics at a glance and the QA team reports greater confidence and control.
