Despite a loyal audience and strong repeat purchase rate, its basic opt-in forms were only converting around 8–10%, leaving the brand with stalled list growth and limited zero-party data. Octane AI, alongside agency partner Ecom Mails, implemented a personalized quiz funnel with segmented questions, 37 unique results pages, and Klaviyo integration for custom follow-up. The campaign drove a 76% quiz completion rate, a 43% email opt-in rate, and 2,789 new subscribers in just 7 days—about a 5X lift over prior opt-in performance. It also generated over $1,200 in revenue from follow-up emails and produced result pages that converted as high as 14%.
