County College of Morris (CCM), a public community college in Randolph, New Jersey, was struggling with a high volume of student phone inquiries—especially about financial aid and other general information that was already available online. To reduce staff burden and improve student support, CCM explored Ocelot’s chatbot platform and its multilingual support, knowledgebase, and video resources.
Ocelot implemented the AI chatbot and video platform at CCM, where it was branded as “Titus Talks,” and the college later expanded it across 25 departments with custom knowledgebase answers and Live Chat pilot plans. The solution quickly went live, helped staff answer questions over breaks and peak periods, and reduced routine phone inquiries so employees could focus on more complex student issues. Ocelot also provided dashboard insights into chatbot usage and supported CCM in building a scalable self-service model.
