CRM Harmonization engaged OceanFrogs to restore sanity across four disparate, outdated CRM systems that contained duplicate, inconsistent, and multilingual records (wrong names, stale contact details, and invalid emails/phones). OceanFrogs tackled the brief using its internal language translator and NLP-driven CRM harmonization services to centralize and prepare the data for matching.
OceanFrogs converted all records to English, aggregated them with unique system IDs, performed EDA and feature engineering, and applied NLP and pattern-recognition matching—prioritizing email, exact phone number, and street address matches over name matching—then deployed an automated AI harmonization pipeline. The work identified 20% of records as high-confidence duplicates and 7% as medium-confidence duplicates, deployed continuous harmonization for inbound data, and clarified the customer’s Total Addressable Market, reducing missed leads.
