How Leap Empowers Retail Brands Growth Strategy

Leap Inc. is a turnkey retail platform that helps brands launch and scale omnichannel storefronts; as it planned to grow from about 10 to 50 locations and manage partnerships with 25+ brands, Leap faced fragmented lease tracking across spreadsheets, emails, and multiple platforms and needed a scalable real estate management solution. To solve this, Leap selected Occupier’s online real estate platform to centralize lease and document administration.

Occupier implemented its Lease Administration and Transaction Management tools to consolidate all lease communications, automate rent expense and critical-date tracking, and give Leap a holistic view of deal pipelines and rent escalations. The platform enabled onboarding roughly five new retail locations per month, tracked 20+ LOIs and 10 leases (May 2021 snapshot), and saved Leap about 5 hours per week (≈260 hours annually), making Occupier central to the real estate team’s daily work.
