UGG Australia, part of Deckers Brands, wanted to improve eCommerce performance across key parts of its sales funnel while preserving the brand image that was central to its customer experience. To do this, UGG Australia worked with Obviyo on multivariate optimization across product detail pages, the cart, shopping, billing, and order pages.

Using Obviyo’s adaptive multivariate testing, the team evaluated elements like the free shipping banner, main navigation, trust badges, checkout button, presentation, and layout. The campaign reached statistical significance with a +2.4% cumulative lift during testing and ultimately identified a page combination that delivered a +14.73% lift, with the checkout button contributing the largest conversion improvement.
