City Grounds, an urban cycling lifestyle retailer, had to move fully online during the pandemic and redesign its Shopify Plus store. With more than 3,500 products and heavy paid traffic landing on collection pages, the company needed a better way to help mobile shoppers discover relevant items and related products beyond standard filtering and navigation.

Obviyo implemented Obviyo Recommend and its Growth Bots on selected collection pages, replacing conventional grids with lifestyle images and personalized product recommendations. The new pages delivered a 34% lift in revenue per visit overall, including a 29% lift on desktop paid search and a 404% lift on mobile paid search, showing especially strong results for mobile shoppers.
