Olymel, a leading Canadian food processing enterprise, faced significant challenges during its planned SD-WAN and cloud migration. An initial attempt was blocked by severe packet loss originating from their Internet service provider's network, which was difficult to prove amidst a complex ecosystem of involved parties.
