Counties Manukau District Health Board (CMDHB) in New Zealand worked with Objective Corporation to modernize its funder contracts approval process. The organization managed more than 600 major contracts worth hundreds of millions of dollars, but the manual, paper-heavy workflow was slow, difficult to track, and could take up to five months to complete.

Objective Corporation implemented an electronic workflow to automate contract approvals and track changes digitally. The solution improved collaboration and transparency, enabled CEO approvals by mobile email with electronic signature, and reduced approval times by more than 60% per contract, with some processes dropping from 91 days to 11 days. CMDHB also eliminated paper handling and printing for about 60,000 pages, with full user adoption across the process.
