City of Greater Dandenong is Australia’s most multicultural council, and in 2009 it began working with Objective Corporation to improve records management compliance. The council needed a proper electronic management system to keep records compliant and to better support its interactions with residents, especially as work increasingly needed to happen outside the office.

Objective Corporation implemented a suite of products including Objective Connect and Objective GOV365 to help the council manage information, share files, collaborate with other councils, and govern Microsoft 365. The solution integrated well with existing council systems, making staff’s jobs easier and helping City of Greater Dandenong deliver better services and outcomes for residents, though no specific numeric impact was provided.
