A Objective Corporation Case Study
NSW Department of Communities and Justice (DCJ), on behalf of all Australian state and territory child protection agencies, needed a faster way to share critical child protection information across jurisdictions. Different systems and manual processes created information gaps when at-risk children moved between states, making it hard for workers to make immediate, informed decisions. Objective Corporation was selected to help address this challenge with its Objective Reach platform.
Objective Corporation implemented Objective Reach, a secure cloud-based record matching and information-sharing solution that connects child protection agencies in near real time. It searches, links, and matches records across systems within seconds, sends subscription alerts when new information appears, and supports permissions-based access and auditability. The result is that more than 200,000 children who come into contact with Australia’s child protection system each year can now be visible across state boundaries, helping agencies improve early intervention, coordination, and child safety.
