Independent Transport Safety and Reliability Regulator (ITSRR), a statutory public sector transport safety authority in New South Wales, needed a better way to manage documents after relying on shared drives and paper files. Following recommendations from the Waterfall Rail Accident inquiry, the organisation wanted a single repository to improve access to information, support inquiries, and strengthen recordkeeping compliance.
