Case Study: ACT Government achieves improved compliance and collaboration with Objective ECM

A Objective Corporation Case Study

Preview of the ACT Government Case Study

Improving service delivery to ACT citizens using Objective ECM

ACT Government’s ACT Planning and Land Authority (ACTPLA) needed to replace fragmented paper files, network drives, and unstable legacy databases with a secure, auditable way to manage records across the agency. Working with Objective Corporation, it set out to improve document handling, support compliance with the Territory Records Act 2002, and make it easier to respond to FOI and ministerial requests.

Objective Corporation implemented Objective ECM as a centralized integrated document management system, creating a single source of truth for all documents and records. The result was improved collaboration, stronger accountability and transparency, reduced duplication and storage costs, and better information sharing across ACTPLA and related agencies, with staff reporting faster access to accurate, up-to-date information and a compliant foundation for future digital services.
