State Trustees partnered with Objective Corporation to advance its digital maturity and improve the legal and financial services it provides to Victorians. Facing paper-heavy, manual correspondence and limited process visibility, the organization needed a more efficient way to manage incoming work and support customer service staff with timely access to complete information.

Using Objective ECM and workflow, State Trustees implemented the Paperlite Project to automate correspondence handling and streamline approvals, with integration through the Pronto sister project providing managers with full visibility across processes. Objective Corporation helped reduce 33 manual processes to 3 automated ones, eliminate 46 hours of manual work per day, replace 27 manual approvals with digital signatures, and improve governance, compliance, and service delivery.
