SA Health, through the Department for Health and Wellbeing, wanted to move away from paper-based processes and improve the speed and efficiency of managing Ministerial and Chief Executive correspondence. Objective Corporation implemented an electronic correspondence solution using Objective Perform, enabling faster access, review, editing, and email-based approvals from more devices and locations. The results included a 70% reduction in travel file creation, shorter end-to-end processing time, reduced turnaround time for Ministerial correspondence, a 55% increase in information managed electronically, and 200% greater visibility and accountability.
