Bracknell Forest Council, a local government authority in the United Kingdom, needed a better way to manage community consultations across many council services and complex planning processes. Objective Corporation’s Objective Keystone platform was used to support consultations on topics ranging from Health & Social Care and school admissions to policies, governance reviews, parks, and customer service.

With Objective Keystone, Objective Corporation helped the council create and manage a large number of consultation documents, including 190 documents for the Local Plan evidence base, while allowing multiple people to collaborate on documents at the same time without losing work. The platform also enabled publishing to the council website, promotion through social media, and quick reporting with graphs and data, giving Bracknell Forest Council an instant, real-time gauge of public opinion.
