CareSouth, a New South Wales-based NGO providing community services, was constrained by an outdated and heavily customized client management system. The complex system was difficult to integrate and relied on manual workarounds, which cost time and money and impacted service quality. To address this, CareSouth partnered with Objective Corporation to implement their Objective RegWorks solution to fast-track their digital transformation.

The solution implemented by Objective included the integrated SaaS platform Objective RegWorks, along with Objective RegWorks Mobile and Objective Redact. This provided an end-to-end system that streamlined care management, automated processes like NDIS claims and rostering, and enabled mobile data capture for case workers. The results empowered staff, significantly reduced time spent on manual reporting and administration, and improved the ability to meet management KPIs and complex legislative requirements securely.
