A leading energy company faced the challenge of managing over 35,000 individual items from decommissioned North Sea sites. The data, stored in costly and inaccessible physical formats, needed to be rationalized and digitized into a robust, end-of-life information management system. They engaged OASIS Group to tackle this project.

OASIS Group reviewed all records, identifying and securely destroying 28,000 obsolete items. They provided a bespoke digital scanning service for the remaining 7,000 high-value records, which were then indexed and uploaded to a cloud-based data management platform. This solution enabled digital access for the client, allowed them to meet regulatory obligations by submitting data to the UK National Data Repository, and resulted in significant cost savings on storage.
