The company partnered with Oak Engage to improve internal communication through its intranet platform, MPower, and the companion employee app.

Oak Engage implemented MPower as a one-stop hub for work-related information, with easy content creation, advanced search, and targeted app notifications for deskless staff. The results included a 99% intranet sign-up rate, 97% quarterly engagement, and strong employee satisfaction, plus high usage such as over 1,400 monthly searches and 8,200 monthly content views.
