Dublin International Film Festival Drives Engagement with PageRaft

Dublin International Film Festival needed a better way to deliver its event program during COVID-19 uncertainty, while also refreshing a long-running festival to appeal to younger audiences. Printed guides were becoming expensive and risky because of paper stock and logistics issues, so the festival looked for a more modern, digital alternative from Nxtbook Media using its PageRaft platform.

Nxtbook Media provided an interactive, mobile-centric digital event guide that went beyond a static flipbook by showcasing films, driving traffic to points of sale, and capturing engagement data. The results were strong: the campaign generated 337,000 page loads versus an estimated 21,000 printed readership, increased engagement by more than 16 times, and brought in 18.1% new customers in the 18–24 target demographic, while also saving thousands of dollars and reducing production lead time.
