Hanley Energy Was Contracted to Deliver 12 Large Skids for a Data Center Customer in Collaboration With Logstrup Ireland and Davenham Switchgear

Hanley Energy needed to deliver 12 large prefabricated skids for a data center customer, but the unusually low skid design left too little room for the cables they typically used. To maintain uninterrupted backup power and meet strict safety requirements, the company turned to nVent ERIFLEX Flexibar Advanced, a compact, high-current busbar solution.

nVent worked with Hanley Energy to design the Flexibar connections, supply custom-cut lengths, and train the team on installation. The result was a flexible, safer, and more visually tidy power distribution setup that solved the space issue without sacrificing capacity. The project was completed in just eight weeks, and nVent manufactured 360 custom Flexibar pieces across the 12 skids.
