VSC Group, a tourism company, was working on its digital development and needed to redesign its Media Library Platform to better manage visuals across departments. The challenge was to make it easier to distribute images, track their lifecycle as rights expired, and notify users about expiring assets, using Nuxeo Platform for digital asset management.

Nuxeo implemented the solution by powering both the front office and back office with Nuxeo WebEngine and Nuxeo DAM, giving users search, basket, download, and request capabilities while enabling admins to manage imports, expiration, publishing, metadata, tags, rights, and statistics. The result was a branded media library that streamlined visual management and improved control over image usage and rights expiration.
