TBWA Brings Global Media Asset Management to a New Level

TBWA, a global advertising network within Omnicom with over 11,000 employees in 97 countries, needed a better way to manage hundreds of campaign adaptations across many countries, agencies and partners. Their challenges included inconsistent regional communication, complex rights and version control, slow manual workflows and limited visibility and scalability from homegrown systems.

Using the Nuxeo Platform and Nuxeo Studio, TBWA built the GAME (Global Adaptation Management Engine) in three weeks to provide a workflow-driven metadata model, automated job creation, rights management, easy asset linking and integrations with existing tools, then moved it to Nuxeo Cloud. The result: faster, more transparent collaboration between TBWA, clients and local agencies, reduced manual work and costs, improved uptime and scalability, and a solid foundation for future growth without replacing existing infrastructure.
